Verification before access
Every broker, agent and owner is license-checked and identity-confirmed before a listing reaches a buyer. RENA cross-references title and tax records on every submission.
Real numbers, not marketing
Cap rate, NOI, occupancy, RevPAR, EBITDA — surfaced on the card, with the assumption set RENA used to pencil it. If a seller will not share, we say so explicitly.
AI alongside, not in place of
RENA handles the slow research — comps, underwriting drafts, diligence pack assembly — so brokers stay on the parts of the deal only humans should run.
