What we collect

bzaico collects only the information you submit through the contact form, the account creation flow, or the verified-listing publication wizard — your name, email, phone, company, license details, and the message you send. We log standard request metadata for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

We use your contact information to follow up about your listing and to send saved search alerts you opt into. We use license details to verify with the issuing state board. We do not sell your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 18 months after closure for regulatory and dispute-resolution purposes. Listing data is retained indefinitely as part of the marketplace history.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or its deletion by emailing privacy@bzaico.com. We respond within 30 days. Verified-broker licensing records that we are required to retain by state regulators will be flagged in the response.

Cookies

We use first-party session cookies for authentication and for remembering your saved searches. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics is privacy-preserving and aggregated.
